Alfred H. Moses is Chairman of LEAF College Savings. He is also vice chairman of Promontory Interfinancial Network. Mr. Moses was Senior Partner and Chief Strategy Officer at Promontory Financial Group until March 2015. He was a partner and now serves as Senior Counsel at Covington & Burling. He brings experience in the areas of litigation, corporate and securities matters, and arbitration to the executive leadership team.
Mark P. Jacobsen is President & CEO of Promontory Interfinancial Network. Prior to cofounding Promontory Interfinancial Network, Mr. Jacobsen served as the Chief of Staff at both the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency. He also served as a managing director for Bankers Trust/Deutsche Bank and as an associate at Covington & Burling.
Josh is co-founder of LEAF College Savings and leads the team in product development, channel partner relations and regulatory compliance. Prior to LEAF, Josh was the founder, chairman and CTO of Govolution, the first public sector focused e-payments company whose principal clients included the U.S. Department of the Treasury, Bank of America, and state and local governments including California.
Juan is co-founder of LEAF College Savings and, as CTO, drives application development, technical operations and information security. Juan is the principal architect of LEAF’s transactional platform. Prior to LEAF, Juan developed the first online credit card transaction processing system approved by the U.S. Department of the Treasury and mandated for federal agency use. Juan led the design and implementation of multiple expansions of the system to standardize integration with dozens of federal agencies resulting in billions of dollars in annual transaction volume.
